When you request a quote we collect your name, organization, mobile number, email, event date, city, expected attendance, any notes you write, and the list of equipment you chose. We do not collect payment data through the site.

Why we use it
We use this data only to prepare your quote and contact you about your event. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties beyond what is needed to provide the service (such as our email provider).
Storage in your browser
The site keeps the equipment you added to your request in your browser (local storage) so it survives navigation. You can clear it from the quote page at any time. We do not use advertising tracking cookies.
Retention
We keep quote requests for as long as needed to follow up on the event and to meet contractual and legal obligations, then delete them.

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data by writing to info@starled.sa.
